Dear MEMBERS of the federation of dance sport south africa
We have recently come across an open letter written by one of the Associate Members’ representatives, which has caused concern among our organization. There is no doubt that this letter is malicious and damaging, seemingly written by a former administrator, who we believe is disgruntled by his lack of involvement at national office, and is attempting to cause harm.
It is important for us to address the letter in a professional and unbiased manner subject to it being presented through the correct procedure rather than engaging in a tit-for-tat exchange. The organization has a well-defined structure, and the said individual is fully aware of its functioning.
Instead of focusing on the unprofessional way in which the letter was released to the public, we will address the concerns raised by the former administrator in the correct structures if presented by the legitimate organs of the Federation. We want to emphasize that our organization is committed to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all its members.
In conclusion, we urge all members of the Federation to support the Federation’s efforts in maintaining a harmonious and productive environment. Let us not lose sight of the positive impact that the Federation of Dance Sport South Africa has on the lives of its members and the communities we serve.
